Our guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. If the tour date is less than 30 days, a 30% penalty is applied, and if there is 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied. When the participant requests cancellation due to health reasons, he has to submit the report (signed by the Chief Physician) obtained from the State Hospitals in Turkey. Note: Since the Airline Programs cannot be canceled by the airline, the reservation cannot be canceled or refunded.
